I don't understand the love for the 02-03 front bumper...It looks like it doesn't belong, like a cheap ricer aftermarket bumper on an econobox 4 door body. I like my 04 way better, it suits the body better and makes it look more like a sleeper. All the 04-06 needs to look it's best, is to remove the bucktooth grille. I got a nice aftermarket one and makes the front end look so much better!

Have my spec V for about 5 years. Gone thru 2 alternators because I have headers and since it’s so close to the alternator, the heat damages it and wears out faster. Also my cam shaft sensor went out on my way to Burlington,VT during the eclipse

The SVT block will take a big ol turbo kit essentially turning it into the Rs. bit costly though to be fair

You are completely right. Sometimes I feel like my car is worthless, because I see everyone else is riding around in modded BMWs, WRXs, Civics, 350zs, 370zs, etc. People make fun of my car because it's a 2015 Altima base. I bought it off my mom. I don't have much money or much credit history, and I can't really switch to something else. When I have leftover money I get a new part for it. Some people make fun of it and say it's clapped out, it's not worth much, or that I should get a different car instead, so I feel really alienated from the "car guys." At this point though I've begun to embrace that alienation. People might not think my car is much besides a lowered old gen Altima, but to me, I have a nice big screen radio with Apple Carplay, Rev9 coilovers, Takeda cold air intake, 2JR aluminum crank pulley, Godspeed adjustable sway bar links, SPC adjustable rear camber control arms, and I have a set of slotted rotors and carbon ceramic brakes in my room waiting to be installed. I have a lot of memories in my car. It's my first car. It's the car I learned how to do an oil change with. It's the car that turned me into an enthusiast. Some people won't see that. Maybe they just think I lowered an Altima, but they'll never get it. That Altima is a little world to me, and I am going to keep investing into to precisely because people don't think it's worth much. Sometimes I just have to stop caring about what everyone else has and just appreciate what I have and love.

That’s a cool definitely seems cheaper than the higher end obd2 scanners. Recently found out I’m getting no check engine light and no connection to ecu. Had a friend run some tests and seems like the ecu died because the car sat for so long. I’m sending it to Upfix hopefully it’s the problem and it’ll get fixed. Have you heard about them? They seem good
